Legal Question in International Law in New Jersey

I recently relocated to New Jersey from Virginia due to work, and I'm being blackmailed/extorted by my ex-boyfriend over the internet since 2012. Apparently I broke his heart and he wants me to pay $40,000! He lives outside the United States, however I have evidence of all his e-mails to me which was in 2012, he also sent my sister and mother on Facebook asking for money or he'll post pictures and videos of me (which I never consented or was even aware he was recording) - They were ALL recorded over the web, low quality (webcam). I did a police report and a detective was assigned to my case but he couldn't move forward because of the juristrcitions. I kept stalling with my ex-boyfriend as well until I convinced him that I'll give him some money, I just need his name and bank account information and he did send me those, so I've got it as evidence.

Now he sent my mother again today after two years of no e-mails at all, he had suddenly stopped and returned today.

I need ACTION! I want some investigation to occur. I know the name of the company he owns and I have a few leads, but no address and I could find a telephone number too. It was a long time ago and I'm married now.

I can't tolerate his behavior and I need to protect my husband and my reputation, so I need him to feel that he could go to jail for this! Thank you

Give me a call. You need to know what your options are, and you need to grab this guy's attention. A nasty lawyer may be able to intimidate him.

Yes, he may be breaking the law by posting pictures of you without consent. What a jerk.
