#1 - Victim of a Ponzi Scheme, the SEC never notified me of the complaint which was over a 1

year ago. I found out inadvertently

#2- The Custodian of my IRA never notified me of the problem and to this day continues to send

me monthly statements. The SEC stated that my IRA investment held by the Custodian is a

non-entity.
