Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Jersey

Can i be charged with possession of marijuana if i did not have any on me? i was with two friends when this happened. one of them had a gram of marijuana and a pipe.

You can be charged, but proving a case against you, beyond a reasonable doubt, would seem to be a difficult task.
