Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Jersey

charges not filed

my daughter was assulted by two boys form her school....we have not yet heard from the courts....how can I tell if the charges were ever filed and what is my legal recourse if the police did not file the charges?

Call the police for more info. If they do nothing, you can file your own charges against them.
