Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Jersey

Juvenile Age problem

Long story short:

15year old girl is living with family A. Family--name removed--is fighting for custody. Me and the girl are close, we arent dating nothing physical or anything. I'm 22. Family--name removed--is making claim that Family A is endangering her because shes dating me, which isnt true.

So if i get pulled into court, what do i do??? I'm about to go into the police academy for christs sake whats this mean for my future? can i actually loose and get jammed up??

I suggest you consult with an attorey ASAP since if you are 22 and she is 15, the police will be notified at some point. You have to be really careful here as anything you say could be twisted around and used against you.
