Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I applied for unemployment benefits and I was denied for those benefits because I resigned to the company. The reason for my resignation was I had problems with the owner of the company for so many different issues such as vacation time, abuse of power etc.

I want to appael the decision of unemployment

As a matter of fact i never used my vacation and now I received infomation of my vacations and i have -6 days of vacation to pay...

Is this a good reason to appeal that desicion?

If the reason for your resignation was a "constructive discharge" which is tantamount to an involuntary termination or in case where the job condition was so intolerable that a reasonable person would be compelled to resign or where your job duties drastically changed to where you were unable to perform, are just some of the reason you may want to appeal a denial of benefits. This list, however, is not the final answer and I would suggest that he present your case to an attorney before making a final decision.
