Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
I applied for walmart and they only ask, about convictions and felonies. I currently have an arrest record from 2yrs ago. But no convictions or felonies as asked on the application. Can that withheld me from employment? I havent mentioned about my arrest record because the application didnt diclose anything about arrest.

Having an arrest with no felony conviction is not a bar to employment.
