Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Just became aware a coshiftmanager is deliberately sabatoging my job responsibilities trying to get me fired and unproffessionally gossiping false information slandering me to coworkers

Our store manager floored me initially seems to believe the first setup false story , i have a lot of physical proof and also can be easily checked on our stores cameras providing undeniable proof i unwittingly had my happy demeanor blasted when i walked in our store and was greeted by a loud cursing at verbal attack and in front of coworker who appeared non phased and even thought it was funny and made a sarcastic comment. I have no words to even decribe that moment i just froze and its right there caught on camera. I have proof im being setup by her sabatoging my shifts in many ways so my duties as a shift manager are affected greatly and wrongfully appearing incompetent to run a shift and i can proove how unproffessional she is and wants me gone because i have a great reputation all areas of work ethic and customer service, and excellent employee, jealousy and more reason is that she knows im aware how she doesnt follow company policy and is using her position to help certain customers/friends scam stuff from our store. Please help me, i am in shock and cant believe this person is confidently comtinuing to set me up under the cameras recording all of it. I know i need to get legal help re:her now have more examples how bad it is too ??? Help plz

Do you believe your supervisor is treating you this way based on your race, age, ethnicity or for some other discriminatory reason?

Could this harassment be based on the fact that you are aware of your supervisor's failure to follow policy and your knowledge of her giving store items to other employees?

Based on the answers you provide, you may have a case for discrimination or for some other cause.

Please respond to my inquiries via email.

Sincerely,
