blacklist employment

I'm being blacklisted in my industry, and I'm looking for representation.

You'll need a defendant. If someone in particular is making defamatory statements about you that affects your ability to get work, you probably have a good cause of action. The problem will be proving that, but there are ways that can work.

If you mean that there is a lack of interest in hiring you because of your reputation or because of something that you have done that everyone knows about, there is little that can be done.
