breaks & lunches???

What is NJ stance on breaks, lunches, and vacation?

How many hours does an employee have to work to be allowed 15 minute break or a lunch?

Is vacation, breaks, and lunches an option for employer to provide an employee?

I am a part timer who is being told by their employer that they do not have to provide a 15 minute break or a lunch.
