Training to work at Dounken Donuts and hands on training. Is the teenager entitle to pay by the hour? What is New Jersey's minium wages?

An employee who is or will be wage-paid must be compensated at at least minimum wage for all hours that he or she is required to be at the place of work or on duty. Training is not an exception.
