Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
My company is basically using a black male type of tactic to get employees to comply to a "Biometric Medical Screening" despite the fact that the majority of employees such as I have private physicians who they have seen in the past year. If not compliant to blood work and other things done by a company, they are taking $50/month from those employees paychecks. Is this legal? Judy Howes
