Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Is what my company is doing illegal, if so, should I contact someone? A few months ago my bosd changed the company's name from �A� to �B� and told everyone to use B when we answer the phone. he put the company under his sisters name because he owes a lot of people money. People still call in asking for A but he tells them thete is no one from that company here anymore, which is a lie. He also writes paychecks weekly with peoples names who do not work there and has employees go to the bank cash them and hands out cash to a few employees there. He has immigrants working there who do not have social security numbers or who do not have documents.
