sub contractor not paid by company
I totaled a company van and 2 weeks later they say they are holding my wages if accident was my fault. Got police report 100% not my fault. They say go to a work meeting then they make me wait all day for only 500 dollars,they owe me 5k

Are you a subcontractor or an employee? Either way, you have leverage, it's just difficult to advise you without knowing.
