Unfortunately, you cannot compell them to produce the agreements without a court order. You can have an attorney send them a letter demanding the agreemenrmts. Generally speaking, such letters get the desired attention.

If it meets your needs, I suggest that you ask your former employer for copies of all agreements that the employer expects you to honor after your separation. That way, you have some justification for ignoring any requirements in contract documents that are not provided. If you have a legal reason for having the documents such as a pending lawsuit or a UI or WC claim, you can subpoena the documents. Leaving that to your attorney would be best.
