Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I was demanded by my supervisor to be in a company group photo. I did comply but afterwards I stated that I did not wish to be in the photo nor be considered for any future group photo. On numerous occasions thereafter, my supervisor demanded I be in additional group photos. I stated my opposition to partaking in the group photo, and he wrote me up for insubordination. Our employee handbook states that if its a security related issue, such as a Company ID photo, I must submit to taking a picture. This photo in question was considered a "team building" photo because the department received high feedback scores. I did not wish to be in the photo, expressed my opposition, and was written up. Isn't there a civil liberty law within this circumstance that my employer violated?

I am somewhat puzzled. You have a job, unlike many people and you are engaging in hostilities

with your supervisor because he wants you to be in a group photograph at work. If your employer wants a group photograph of employees for reasons connected to running his business, why can't he do this?
