Demoted based on race
I believed I was demoted based on race? However, the organization disguised the demotion as an organizational change. I was the only one impacted by this change and the HR director/Legal counsel showed up on the same day the announcement was made.

What facts lead you to conclude that your demotion was based on race? Anything in addition to the fact that you are of a different race than the person(s) who decided to demote you?

It certainly sounds as if there may be a claim based upon racial discrimination. Please feel free to call my offices or e-mail me directly. We handle complaints like this before the EEOC and the State Agencies. Look forward to speaking to you.
