Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I have a EEOC,intake questionaire to fill out,while surfing the net,i have found serveral cases silmiar to my own,(the cases were processed with EEOC),my questuon can I use these case in my intake questionaire?I work for Ups,and found two,the others are from U.S. postal service,and FedEx.Ihank you.

Yes, but you should use an attorney to determine whether you should file in state or federal agency (EEOC or NJ agency) based upon the differences in the law. Second, an attorney will draft the forms and achieve the best results at EEOC mediation. It will be on a contingent fee, so you don't pay unless you recover.
