Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
My employer complied a list of all employess pto time ( time off hours) and sent to everyone in the office by email. this infomation is ususally on our pay stubs. is this protected personal information or do they have a right to send personal info only found on your paycheck around for all to see?

PTO time remaining is not personal information. It is not protected and therefore, your employer can post it.
