Employer not Running Payroll

My Employer in NJ is not running Payroll on time.Pay checks are Due from April till Date. Can i get the unpaid Wages if i quit the company now.

Yes. Legally, you are entitled to receive your pay and your employer is in gross violation of the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law. I advise you contact the Division of Labor, explain the situation and ask them to send you the form to complete to file complaint/claim for your wages. You also should consult with an attorney who can initiate steps to resolve the matter or sue your employer. Furthermore, before doing any of the above, I would place in writing to your employer that (1) you have not been paid (maybe they are unaware (2)they must pay you immediately (3) failure to do so consitutes knowing violation of the law.
