Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
Employer withholding compensation
I currently work for a large wall street firm. As part of my compensation, my brokers pay an additional ''overide'' to me through payroll. This firm has recently changed our pay structure and started to take from the broker, monthly, then pay to me on a quarterly basis. When questioned about where interest is going, no response was given.
