I have a EEOC intake form to fill out

while on the internet,I found a few

EEOC cases similar to mine,can I use these cases as part of my intake.Two cases were won,by EEOC.

Then you should definitely use an employment attorney. You have to fill out more forms than just the EEOC charge, you have to strategically decide whether to file in NJ or EEOC, and an attorney can represent you at mediation...all for no fee unless you recover.
