In NJ is there a law that employee has to get 60 day notice before laid-off?

There is a federal law - the Workers Adjustment and Retraining Notification act - that requires a 60 day notice of layoff under certain conditions, and only applies to employers with 100 or more employees. However, there is no New Jersey law that requires pre-layoff notice.
