You may not engage in the following conduct during and for two (2) years following employment, directly or indirectly, individually or as an employee, contractor, consultant, partner, member, officer, director or in any other capacity, for any person, firm, partnership, limited liability company or corporation: (1) perform duties for a competitor or customer of Surecomp that involve or relate to its business function, or use any proprietary information that you have received, obtained or acquired during your employment with the Company; or (2) participate in the inducement or solicitation of any employees, customers, or vendors of the Company to breach, modify, or terminate any agreement or relationship that they have with the Company.
