Am I entitled to a copy of my personell file. I resigned after refusing to sign a a warning letter

Your personnel file and the informaiton in it is the property of your employer. If you have a contract, it may specify that certain parts of the file are available to you. If you have a suit in which the file is relevant, you can get the file (less any privileged parts) in discovery. If you think that there might be such a suit in the future, you should ask your attorney to send a "legal hold" letter to the employer.
