ex-employer holding pay,NJ
My ex-employer holding pay.
Paid only half amount of my working hours.Now I moved to a different location.Please advise me.

You deserve to be paid for all hours worked. If your employer has not paid you they may be liable for liquidated damages (2x the amount owed). Feel free to call me to discuss. I handle these cases on a contingency basis meaning I only take a fee if we recover money for you.
