Ex-employer Not Paying Final Paycheck

I live in NY, and worked for a company in NJ. I resigned over a month ago and employer is still holding back my final paycheck.

What legally recourse do I have to get paid?

File a complaint with the NJ Dept of Labor. Your employer is obligated to pay all wages and salaries within fifteen days.
