Failure of a company to comply with a letter agreement
In 1997 I received a letter agreement from a company stating I would receive 4 specific benefits for as long as I was employed by the company. In 1999 the company was sold to another company. Today the status of the benefits are; one benefit was replaced by money, two benefits were not honored and the fourth benefit (pension) only in part. I am still employed by the company. Am I entitled to all 4 benefits in total? Is there a statue of limitation in NJ? If so when does it end? THANKS

Unfortunately, the facts your supplied are insufficient to render any type of meaningful opinion. In general, the enforceability is based upon whether there is a contract or possibly detrimental reliance upon the representation.
