I was just fired for kissing a married co-worker. Do I have any rights? I live in NJ. They gave me no reason when they said that I was fired.

Maybe there is more to the story than ypu care to disclose on this website; however, barring all other reasons that may touch on an employer's unlawful discriminatory reasons, your employer has the right to terminate you for any or no reason as long as the reason is not one that is motivated by race, disability, age, nationality, or a breach of an employment contract.
