Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Forced Resignation

My job is moving to a location that is too far for me to commute, and I feel I will be forced to quit for this reason alone. Is there any sort of labor law regarding this issue?

Re: Forced Resignation

You should be able to get unemployment compensation. You may want to ask the company to (1) relocate you or (2) provide you with a severance payout. Feel free to contact me at 908.301.9095 for more info.
