Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
A head hunter promised me $8000.00 once gets his payment after three months from the company I joined. There was no legal agreement, but emails and texts as evidences. Can I sue him in case he defaults?

Re-check your agreement with the recruiter and the company because the "side agreement" you have with the recruiter may be unenforceable and against your company's policies.
