Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

hurt at work

How long do I have to sue an employer for an injury sustained at work through negligence? There was no safety guard on a saw and I cut the tips of two fingers off.

Re: hurt at work

You have more than one potential claim: You have a claim against your employer for worker's comp., but you also may have claims against the manufacturer and even the distributor of the saw! E-mail me at [email protected] or call me at 267.639.3105 and we can talk about your options and potential recovery.
