invasion of privacy
Is it illegal for a coworker to go on the computer and search your history to find out what you were looking up on the computer? Not an employer a coworker.

Re: invasion of privacy
No. It may violate the employer's rights or policy, but your rights are not affected. It is well-established law that an employee has no inherent privacy interest in content stored on an employer's computer.
