Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

on the job harassment by supervisor

Ideally, you should seek a consultation with an employment attorney. You can get a referral to one by going here: http://www.nelanj.org/ It is also important to review any anti-harassment policies that are contained in your company's employee hanndbook and consider using the complaint procedure.
