Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
I got laid off they said it was because of the budget. At the same time they hired a VP paying him at least 150,000 dollars a year. I was subjected to yelling, screaming at employees in meetings, listening to my boss tell me about his vasectomy which was very graphic. The abuse the employee have to put up with at this company is unheard. should i pursue a lawsuit?

You may have grounds for a lawsuit under various legal theories. However, without knowing more I cannot determine the specific causes of action. You should consult with an employment attorney to discuss the facts of your case and the legal strategies available to you. Feel free to call my office if you would like to schedule an appointment.
