Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I live in nj. Was working 3 jobs. One full time and two part time. Quit 1 part time job in July in which I was working 1 day per week. Full time job ended in september and filed for UI. Still work part time at third job. Was accepted for UI and now got letter that appeal is in progress and 'may have quit job without good cause...' Am I elgible for benefits or am I disqualified?

You are still eligible to collect. However, if the Appeal Tribunal finds that you voluntarily left work without good cause attributable to work, you will be disqualified from collecting unemployment compensation benefits, and two things will happen:

1) You will no longer be able to collect going forward, and

2) You will be required to repay all of the unemployment compensation benefits that you have received
