Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
missing hours
I've noticed my boss started not paying me for my lunch. I was told when I first started the office remains open, because people need to come in at all times and they do. I work during my 45mins of lunch and have always gotten paid. Starting in March he stopped paying me and did not inform me. I just found out in Sept. Can he legally take away the hours when I still work during my lunch without informing me? Can I get that money back that was lost since March?

Re: missing hours
You might be entitled to your back pay. Send me an e-mail and I will send you a short questionnaire to figure out if you are entitled to your back pay and other damages.
