Re: Non payment of end of contract bonus

If the employer is refusing to pay a salary and a bonus that is written into the debt, the company may be liable for breach of contract. Additionally, the employer may be in violation of a number of state and federal employment statutes.

If you would like to discuss the matter further, please give my office a call. Both myself and another colleague are pilots, so we have an insight into the aviation industry that other lawyers may not have.

Re: Non payment of end of contract bonus

Most likely you will have to sue in order to get paid. Before that is done, a review of the contract is in order to see whether there are any conditions placed on the payment of the bonus. That can influence the value of the case and, hence, the fee arrangements.

My firm handles matters of this type. If I can be of further help to you, call or email.
