Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
An office manager retired 7 years ago. I am the current Medical Billing and Collections Manager for 7 years. The employer re-hired the office manager 8 months ago to my department. She has since been promoted over me in a billing capacity, not an office manager capacity. Do I have a case and what do I need to prove?
