Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

overtime laws

I Drive a commercial truck in NJ. I work on average about 60-70 hours a week but I only receive overtime pay for anything over 60 hours. I was wondering if this is legal for a company to not pay overtime after 40 hours a week?
