Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
overtime laws
I Drive a commercial truck in NJ. I work on average about 60-70 hours a week but I only receive overtime pay for anything over 60 hours. I was wondering if this is legal for a company to not pay overtime after 40 hours a week?

Your best bet is to contact the Wage and Hours Compliance office in the NJ Dept. of Labor. They not only will answer your question, they will help you collect if wages are due.
