Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

owners taken % of servers tip and much more

i have a few questions i am a waitress whos employer would take a percentage of my banquets tips and the tips we had to give the bussers us servers had to claim. the owner took 5% of the 20 % of all banguet tips for herself. they even made us pay for the credit card fees they were charged for excepting credit cards. they dont follow the labor laws. i have recepts from almost every banquet i did in last 5-6 months, when people paid cash they deleted the check out of the system not to show it, i have a few of the receipts. i also have the banquet contract for one that was deleted misplaced the reciept. i have contacted the nj abc about laws they dont follow . was wondering if there is any lawyer that takes cases like this pro bono i have other co workers that are willing to verify what i am saying, i also have the banquet manager who is willing to give me copies of payroll. most of the kitchen staff are paid under the table.
