Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
I have a question about a potental wrongful termination by a school district. My wife was granted tenure by the Hopatcong, NJ school district, and worked in the district for over eight years. She was dismissed this year and told that the original granting of tenure was incorrect. Therefore, they denied her seniority and she lost her job due to budget cuts by the district. Since she had already been granted tenure, this seems wrong. We would like to speak to an attorney about it.
