Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I received a termination letter that said : As aresult of your own financial arrangements for another building staff employee to cover your shift over the last weekend you are hereby terminated as employee of the atrum palace comdominium efeective immediately. My cuestion is that I have the shift change form approved and signed by the superintendent of the building with the name of the employee that they said that work in another building also I have the employee pay stub that prove that he was working for the atrium palace.Also They say that I make My own financial arrangement to him, that is false because He ask me to loan of 100.00 dollars and he will pay back the next pay week, I told him that I didn`t have that amount on me that I wli leave it at the from desk. Do I have a case?
