Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I was recently employed at Kmart I told them I had convictions and they gave me the job and here it is three weeks later they fired me saying that my background check came back bad. I need some input on this matter if possible.

In any event, request a written confirmation that should include the source used to confirm your background.
