Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
Hi, I'm a recently laid off police officer. I have several years with my current department, but recently transferred to another police department. After being there a short time, I returned to my current department. Upon returning, I signed a seniority waiver with the understanding that my previous rank would b reinstated. My question is since I signed the seniority waiver am I stuck or do I have any other possibilities? I live in new jersey.

I would need to take a look at it, and tell you what your situation is.
