Requested but haven't received last pay check

Hi. I resigned a week ago and requested my last paycheck in the mail but have yet to receive it. I am entitled to be paid for work I've done. What can I do if they continue to ignore my requests for my last paycheck?

The employer is not required to give you your final pay on the last that day you work.

They are required to give it to you on the next regularly scheduled pay day.

If at that time you do not receive your pay check, you can file a claim for unpaid wages with the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Wage and Hour Compliance.
