salary pay

my husband works for a large beverage disturbiutor and is being well underpaid for is pay level as well some are being paid above max. We are wondering what information is needed to insure we can obtain a higher salary

If he's a union member, then the union contract would probably explain the mechanism of getting a higher salary in his position. If he is not a union member, then the company's employment handbook may provide you with the answer to this question.
