Is there any time frames accociated with filing for sexual harrassment?For instance if the incident happened over six months ago?

You may file a complaint alleging sexual harassment with the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights within 180 days of the date of the alleged violation. Alternatively, you may file a complaint in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey within two years of the alleged violation.
