Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Is this slander or sexual harrassment

About a month ago my manager showed me and another employee an email in which I and another employee were the main characters. At the end it said something of a degrading nature is this considered slander or harrasment and can I do anything about it? Since then the office environment has become tense and I am actually being reprimanded for something I didn't do? What should and can I do?

Re: Is this slander or sexual harrassment

Can you be a little more specific as to what was alleged? What do you mean "something of a degrating nature"?
