Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Start a company and be the CEO ?

I quit my job from tech company A at the end of March. Not being paid this year at all.

I want to start my own company and be the CEO. Similar field.

I do not have a non-compete agreement with company A.

Any foreseeable legal problems I should be aware of?
